System design and benefit analysis of high efficient cascade utilization of geothermal energy based on condenser heat recovery

Grade matching and cascade utilization are the basic principles of thermal energy utilization. According to the characteristics of medium temperature geothermal resources and the market demands, taking the actual project as an example, presents the optimum design and performance assessment of high efficient cascade utilization system of geothermal energy based on condenser heat recovery, using the high temperature geothermal power generation, the low temperature water heat supply, the condenser recovery heat supply and waste water-source heat pump heat supply. Analyses the investments and benefits of different cascade utilization methods. The results show that this method can produce high grade electric energy without negatively impacting on heating capacity. Meanwhile, economic and environmental benefits can be improved.
